1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We have our own factories for vacuum flask, glass water bottle and cooperated factories for accessory and other related products.
2. Can I do my own customized logo?
Yes, of course. OEM service is available. Glass water bottle: decal MOQ is 200 pcs.
Logo on the bamboo lid: laser engrave, 100pcs.
Stainless steel bottle: ① silk printing or laser 100pcs.② 3D printing, 500pcs. ③ air transfer, 1000pcs. ④ water transfer, 3000pcs.
3. What format of the file needed if I want to do my own design?
We usually need AI file for bottle printing design. Sure you could just offer us JPG for price assessment at first.
For new developing model of bottle, we need CDR file for checking.
4. How to place order and arrange payment?
You can contact our salesman to draft PI. We will confirm the order once received your info, you can arrange deposit payment once order is confirmed by both parties. Telex transfer is a preferred way for payment.
